      I first booked an anal douche with a spray bottle from another sex shop. I definitely didn't like it because I can never fill the whole bottle with water and some air was always included, not the best way to clean yourself. This device does a great job. It quickly screws onto the shower hose, water pressure can easily be adjusted. (tip: start with low water pressure, then you'll only clean the rectum properly.) If you run the shower at full power, the water can shoot further inside, which causes a bigger challenge to become completely clean eventually. Simply use some silicone lubricant, insert the anal douche while the water is already running out, repeat it about five times and you'll have perfect results. Very happy!
