The Ergoflo Extra is a small anal douche. The douche has a narrow, smooth tip and a silicone squeeze ball for a good grip. Fill the ball with water, apply some anal lubricant to the nozzle and insert it. Then carefully squeeze the ball until it is empty and repeat this process for a thorough cleanse. The ergofló extra anal douche comes with a medical grade 9 oz. contoured bulb featuring air valve technology that reduces messy back-flow and requires fewer refills. It includes a premium 5” (13 cm) ABS plastic tip and a 3” (8 cm) tip.
