      When I opened the top I saw the fleshlight. BE CAREFUL! There is a plastic mold in the artificial vagina! Remove this first to prevent accidents! The fleshlight feels soft and realistic. Together with lubricant this toy feels super good to use. Evidently this is a 'stamina training unit' and I have to say it does its job. It feels wonderful and with this you can truly practice to perform faster, stronger and/ or longer. At times I really had to focus on not climaxing and continue longer. So I guess mission accomplished!

      If you're not using the suction cup and put the regular gold-colored cap on the backside, you can adjust the power of the vacuum by tightening or loosening up the cap. I don't like a strong vacuum, but I read in other reviews that some swear by it and are disappointed it's not possible when using the suction cup.

      After use, rinse it with lukewarm water, clean it with a toy cleaner and just put the product away. After using it a couple of times, the artificial vagina starts to feel a little sticky after cleaning. In that case, use the included renewal powder. Spread this on the removable interior of the fleshlight (so the artificial vagina itself) and it will feel (the name doesn't give it away) as new.
