Makes a little noise (not super loud) but holds well and the curved tip really helps you find the right spot. The vibration is not as fast as some other vibrators, but it seems to make a bigger vibration which I really liked. The disadvantages are that it drains batteries quite quickly and that it is sometimes a bit difficult to turn on and off. But I really like it.
