It's not as difficult to insert as they say, here's my advice: first, stretch well with other toys, for example up to 7 cm in diameter. A good fisting lubricant is needed, one that slides well and lasts a long time without drying out. It's easier to use when it comes in a jar with a lid, you can use it all the way to the end, unlike in a bottle where a lot remains and you have to cut it open.
