      Ordered this, it was delivered on Sunday, which was really nice. When I'd put the batteries in it, I immediately found out that the different settings didn't work. So I messaged customer service and they apologized and said they were going to send a new one. It arrived, and again, the different settings didn't work. Contacted customer service again, but this time I chose to get a refund. So it does work, just with 1 setting. It still does a great job but it's a shame that I can't use the different settings... In short, it works fine but it can happen that when you order it the different settings don't work

      Technical specifications

      The vibrator runs on 2 AA batteries that are not included, so remember that when you place your order. The bottom can be unscrewed so that you can insert the batteries. A rubber gasket keeps water out. The batteries fit exactly in the compartment, so they don't rattle around inside. The silicone material is soft and "cuddly", so not sticky rubber like some are made of. It feels more expensive than it is, very nice.
