      I received it in a plastic bag, as if I ordered it from aliexpress...disappointing.
      battery is empty, no user manual nothing, luckily I could found information on the website about how to put it on. I find the power moderate, I personally prefer 3 good settings that you can use, rather than 10 different ones of which I will never use even 7.
