If there's one thing the Satisfyer brand is a 'master' of, its recreating sex toys which have been developed by other brands. Their first toys were mostly cheap (and much less effective) versions of the lauded Womanizer. This isn't just something that Satisfyer does. However, it does make the company appear a little bit less sympathetic.
Satisfyer launched a range of vibrators in 2019: the Satisfyer Vibes. This range featured the Yummy Sunshine, the Power Flower, the Mr. Rabbit, the Petting Hippo and the Master. All these models are 1-on-1 replicas of Fun Factory toys and EasyToys asked me to test the largest one of the bunch: the Master! I think the brand deserves an honest review despite the fact that I don't find Satisfyer a particularly sympathetic brand. And - spoiler alert - the Satisfyer Master is a beast!
What is the Satisfyer Master?
The Satisfyer Vibes series appears to be a direct copy of vibrators manufactured by the German Fun Factory brand. The Satisfyer Master is a copy-paste of the Fun Factory Big Boss. The names 'Big Boss' and 'Master' do hint at the fact that this a big one.
The Satisfyer Master is - just like original - a large, thick vibrator which is shaped like a man's penis and which has a pronounced 'head'.
Specs and options
When I say 'large and thick', I actually mean huge! The Master is 23.5 centimeters long. An impressive 16.5 centimeters of that can be inserted into a vagina. The head is 4.7 centimeters thick! Trust me, that's thick.
You can operate the Satisfyer Master using three buttons. There's an on-off switch and the two other buttons allow you to scroll through the other twelve settings. Six of these settings are a constant vibration and only vary in intensity. The other six are vibration patterns. The Master is completely waterproof. The shaft is made from silicone and the grip consists of ABS (hard plastic). The Master also weighs an impressive 423 grams. That's pretty heavy.
Unboxing
The box the Satisfyer Master comes in is a contemporary yellow. It reminds me of recycled paper. I wonder if that's what they used. I'm hesitant to give a company best known for copying other products the benefit of the doubt.
I am struck by the fact that the picture on the back is true-to-size and that it lists the dimensions. It also has a hygiene seal on it. This means you know the box hasn't been opened since it left the factory.
In addition to the Master, the box also contains a magnetic USB cable, an instruction leaflet and a safety manual.
Normally I am not to be a huge fan of realistic toys. They kind of remind me of vegetarian hamburgers. They're just not as good as the real thing. I am also curious about how long the silicone will stay nice. Everyone with a silicone baking mold will know how the color changes. I am pretty sure this pink model is going to do the same (time will tell).
The silicone feels great and it's nice and flexible. There is an ugly seam running down the full length. This is the result of the manufacturing process. It makes the Master look a bit cheaper than - uhm... let me think a 'random' comparable vibrator
