      I had thought it would be harder to hold in so I'm thinking of ordering heavier ones. I have already had a child so I wanted to use these balls to train my pelvic floor muscles.       I've used these eggs about 4 times now. They're pretty heavy, but I can manage to keep them in pretty good. There's only one thing I don't like. It's impossible to clean them. You can't take the cord off, but liquids are able to get in. I was cleaning it and it seemed to be rusty on the inside!! Or maybe it was blood. Anyway, there was no way I could remove it. Now that I know that, I don't think I'm going to use them anymore because that's just disgusting.
