      the weight of the box is already reassuring; this is a heavy duty toy!
      strong straps with a HUGE adjustment range, these will most certainly fit any bed/mattress combo.
      The cuffs are 2 different sizes (for leg and arm) so be careful where you attach them. You could theoretically cram them between your mattress, but also the cuffs are very strong, so that can be tricky. They are super easy to snap on, so I always take them off myself and put them on when I need them, it also makes it easy to attach to other things.
      You can put the straps and eyes themselves between your mattress/bed just fine and then you won't see anything :)
